No external software is required. Simply connect the data logger to any Windows PC via USB 2.0 and the device automatically generates a PDF report and CSV file. Adobe Reader 9.0 or higher is needed to view the PDF. This eliminates IT dependencies and simplifies compliance documentation for cold chain and pharmaceutical teams.

The standard TempTrail™ models cover -30°C to +70°C, suitable for most vaccine and cold chain applications. The TempTrail™ Glacial Display extends coverage to -85°C to +50°C, making it ideal for cryogenic storage, dry ice shipments, biologics transportation, and ultra-low temperature freezer monitoring.

Single-use models (Model S) are pre-configured with fixed alarm thresholds (2°C–8°C) and a 30-minute start delay, designed for one shipment. Multi-use models (Model M) allow user-configurable alarms, logging intervals, and start delays, and can be reused across multiple shipments, offering greater cost efficiency for ongoing monitoring programs.

All TempTrail™ models store up to 32,000 data points. The TempTrail™ Humidity & Display model splits this capacity as 16,000 points each for temperature and humidity. At a standard 10-minute logging interval, single-use models can record for up to 220 days continuously before storage is full.

Yes. All models carry an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning they are fully protected against dust ingress and can withstand temporary submersion. The TempTrail™ XL uses an IP67-rated seal bag, while display models feature a hardened IP67 casing, making them suitable for refrigerated trucks, cold rooms, and outdoor shipments.

The TempTrail™ Humidity & Display model monitors both temperature (-30°C to +70°C, ±0.2°C accuracy) and relative humidity (0%–100% RH, ±2% RH accuracy). It stores 16,000 data points for each parameter and generates a combined PDF and CSV report automatically, making it ideal for pharmaceutical warehouses and laboratory environmental monitoring.
