Return Eligibility
Realog View™ accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for most datalogger products.
To be eligible for a return:

The device must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging inserts must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-returnable items:
-
Devices that have been configured, used, activated, or exposed to environmental conditions for logging.

Custom-configured units or special-order items.
-
Units damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or electrical issues not related to manufacturing defects.

Downloadable software or digital report files.
Because dataloggers are calibration-sensitive electronics, once used or activated, they cannot be resold—therefore returns are limited to unused devices.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at contactus@realogview.com with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved:
You will receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
The device must be shipped back using trackable shipping.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package.
Packages without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns: customer pays return shipping.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Realog View™ covers return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a defective unit within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly:
Replace the device at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund.

Warranty
All Realog View™ dataloggers include a 1-year limited warranty covering:
Manufacturing defects
Hardware failures not caused by misuse or environmental damage
Non-functional sensors or electronics
Warranty does not cover damage from:
Water immersion
Extreme heat exposure
Physical shock or drops
Unauthorized modifications
Improper charging or power use
